At MacroMate, your privacy and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you've decided to delete your account, we're here to help you through the process. Please follow the steps below to permanently remove your account and all associated data.
Please Read Carefully
Irreversible Action: Deleting your account is permanent. All your meal plans, dietary preferences, nutritional information, and personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.
No Recovery: Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your data or access your account again.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your MacroMate account either through the App or via our Website. Choose the method that’s most convenient for you.
1. Deleting Your Account via the App
Open the MacroMate App on your device.
Log In to your account if you aren't already logged in.
Navigate to Settings:
Tap on your profile icon located at the top-right corner of the main screen.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Access Account Settings:
In the Settings menu, tap on Account Settings.
Initiate Deletion:
Scroll down and select Delete Account.
Confirm Deletion:
You will be prompted to confirm your decision. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
2. Deleting Your Account via Our Website
If you prefer to delete your account through our website, please follow these steps:
Fill Out the Deletion Form:
Email Address: Enter the email address associated with your MacroMate account.
Reason for Leaving (Optional): Let us know why you're choosing to delete your account. Your feedback helps us improve our services.
Submit Your Request:
After filling out the form, click on the Delete My Account button to submit your request.
Verification:
You will receive a confirmation email to verify your account deletion request. Please follow the instructions in the email to finalize the deletion process.
After Deletion
Data Removal: All your personal data, including meal plans and preferences, will be permanently deleted.
Access Revoked: You will no longer have access to the MacroMate App or any associated services.
Email Notifications: You may continue to receive essential communications from us until your account is fully deleted.
